Can I request changes to the automations after setup?
Yes. You can edit any automation yourself in EazeLead, or request adjustments through our support team within the post-setup period.
Do you need access to my CRM account to set this up?
Yes, we'll need temporary admin access to your EazeLead account. All access is logged and revoked immediately after setup is complete.
Can automations be set up if I'm on the Starter plan?
Automation features are available on the Growth plan and above. We'll confirm your plan before starting the setup.
What is a drip sequence and do I need one?
