How long does CRM setup and onboarding take?
Most setups are completed within 3–5 business days. Complex configurations with large data imports may take up to 7 days.
What do I need to prepare before onboarding starts?
You'll need: your existing lead list (CSV/Excel), a list of your team members and their roles, and an overview of your sales stages. We'll guide you on everything else.
Is onboarding included in all EazeLead plans?
A standard onboarding walkthrough is included in all paid plans. Dedicated setup with data import and custom configuration is available as an add-on or included in the Enterprise plan.
Can you set up the CRM to match our existing sales process?
Yes. We replicate your existing stages, qualification criteria, and team structure inside EazeLead — so your team doesn't have to change how they work.
What happens after the onboarding is complete?
You get 7 days of post-setup support. After that, our Help Center, email support, and account management team are available for ongoing assistance.
