Which CRMs can you migrate data from?
We can migrate data from any system that supports CSV or Excel export — including HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Freshsales, and Google Sheets. If you can export it, we can import it.
Will I lose any data during the migration?
No. We run a validation check before and after import. A rollback plan is always in place so your original data is never touched or deleted during the process.
How long does a data migration take?
Small migrations (under 5,000 records) typically take 1–2 business days. Larger migrations with complex field structures may take 3–5 days.
Can you migrate attachments, notes, and activity history?
Notes and custom fields can be migrated. Attachments and full activity history migration depends on the format your current system exports. We'll advise you during the audit.
What format should my data be in before migration?
CSV or Excel is preferred. If your current system exports in a different format, share it with us and we'll advise on the best approach.
